Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. What is your return/exchange policy? All sales are final and are not subject to a refund or reversal. Once an order has been placed, there will be no exchanges or returns. Any fraudulent chargebacks opened after the customer receives the product will result in legal action. 
  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Once placed, orders cannot be modified or altered. Addresses on orders cannot be changed. Please verify the correct address when placing your order.
  3. What happens if my products are stolen? We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. We may try to get in touch with the delivery service providers to start an investigation and locate your package on your behalf. If you entered the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for any additional charges and/or shipping fees. 
  4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product? If products are damaged during shipping, we will either replace or refund them. We will only replace or refund products once proof of purchase and proof of damages have been submitted to us. Expect 7-10 day of processing time after receipt of proof before we ship or refund your items.
  5. What is your processing time for orders? Processing times are between 1-3 business days. For personalized products, processing may take up to 7-14 days. Please note that our processing times include business days only (weekends and holidays are not included). Shipping takes between 3 - 5 business days after an order has been processed. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm (EST) will be processed the following Monday, along with weekend orders from Saturday and Sunday. We are not responsible for delays of the delivery service providers we use to ship your packages. We are not liable for any delays due to natural disasters.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
